Standards

A standard groups controls describing the technical posture you expect. Review the controls and their parameters before enabling or applying the standard.

Controls

A control evaluates evidence against an expectation. Automated checks depend on the facts a connector supplies; manual checks let your team assess conditions that need human confirmation.

Client overrides

Use a client-specific override when a client’s agreed requirement differs from the global standard. Review the effective parameters for that client rather than assuming the global values still apply.

Review results

Check the result, supporting evidence and evaluation time together. A connector’s presence alone does not establish coverage, and missing evidence cannot establish a pass. Read the status guide before treating results as a complete assessment.
