Reset a forgotten password
1
Request a link
Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page, or open password recovery. Enter your account’s Email. If that email belongs to more than one workspace, enter the intended Workspace code as well; ask your administrator if you do not know it.Select Send reset link. The confirmation deliberately does not disclose whether an account exists. It is not proof that a message reached your inbox.
2
Open the current email
Check your inbox and spam folder. The link is single-use and expires after 30 minutes. Use the newest message if you requested another link.If it does not arrive, choose Request another link after checking the address and workspace. Repeated rapid requests may be rate-limited.
3
Choose a new password
Enter New password and Confirm password, using at least 12 characters, then select Update password.Keep the page open while completing the form. The app removes the reset token from the address bar; if reloading produces This reset link is incomplete, reopen the email link or request a new one.
4
Sign in again
After Password updated, select Go to sign in and use the new password. Existing password sessions are revoked. Any registered security-key or MFA requirement still applies.
Complete a security-key challenge
When Security key required appears, your password has been accepted but sign-in is not yet complete. Select Touch your security key, then follow the browser’s prompt, including a PIN or touch where requested.
Once signed in, register and manage your authenticators under Account → Security. Register a replacement before removing a key you still rely on.
When recovery does not complete
Checkpoint: you can sign in to the intended workspace and complete its required authentication steps. If you can sign in but cannot access a page, review roles and permissions rather than resetting the password again.
